The 2021 Road Resurfacing Program is expected to begin on or about August 19, 2021, weather permitting. The following streets will be resurfaced in this year's program: Highland Prairie Drive, Bison Lane, Beverly Court, Katie Court, Meadow Lark Lane, Cottonwood Court, Dakota Ridge, Prairie Rose Lane, Golden Rod Lane, Amber Way, Quail Court, and Heron Court.
Construction activities will be occurring throughout the subdivision until project completion which is anticipated in mid-September 2021. The Contractor is currently scheduled to work Monday – Friday between the hours of 7:30am – 5:00pm. During these working hours please expect dirt, dust and noise from the construction operations. Minor delays and inconveniences may be experienced when traveling through the project site. Access will be maintained to your home for you and emergency vehicles throughout the duration of the project. Please proceed cautiously when traveling through the construction zone.
