Glynis Farrell and Philip Faustrum acquire 440 Oriole Trail, Crystal Lake

On Aug. 11, Gary M Riegler and Susan L. Riegler Joint Tenancy (trust) sold their three bedroom, two bathroom home at 440 Oriole Trail, Crystal Lake to Glynis Farrell and Philip Faustrum for $320,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $6,152.24, 1.92% of the sale price of the home.

So far in August 2021, 33 properties sold in Crystal Lake.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Gary M. Riegler has been registered to vote since 1980 and has voted in at least 11 primary elections, records show, including two Democratic Primaries and nine Republican Primaries. Susan L. Riegler has been registered to vote since 1981 and has voted in at least 14 primary elections, records show, including six Democratic Primaries and eight Republican Primaries.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
