On Aug. 27, Traci R. Melnick (trust) sold their four bedroom home at 920 Boone Creek Court, Bull Valley to Ladonna R Woodcock and Woodcock Family (living trust) for $649,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $12,977.80, 2.0% of the sale price of the home.

So far in August 2021, five properties sold in Bull Valley.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Dominic Szatkowski, 102, was the only registered voter residing at 920 Boone Creek Court as of Oct. 10, 2020.
