The five bedroom, 2.1 bathroom home at 8325 Watson Circle, Lakewood was sold on Aug. 26 by Johanna and Michael Modeer for $450,000. The buyer was Cartus Financial Corp..

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $10,646.02, 2.37% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Sept. 11, 2017 for $330,000.

So far in August 2021, 14 properties sold in Lakewood.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Johanna R. Modeer has been registered to vote since 2018. Michael V. Modeer has been registered to vote since 2017 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one Republican Primary.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
