On Aug. 30, Daniel and Anna Garay purchased a two bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 1071 Viewpoint Drive, Lake in the Hills from Dona Rae Johnson (trust) for $240,000.

In 2019, the property tax paid for this property was $3,224.18, which is 1.34% of the sale price of the home.

This property is one of 68 sales so far in Lake in the Hills in August 2021.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Dona R. Johnson (74) has been registered to vote since 1995 and has voted in at least two primary elections, records show, including two Republican Primaries.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
