The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $3,991.46, 2.38% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on March 8, 2017 for $124,000.

So far in August 2021, 19 properties sold in Island Lake.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Kristen A. Gunderson has been registered to vote since 2018.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 3510 Southport Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Kristen A. Gunderson, 31, and Christopher M. Hallgren, 39.
