McHenry County Local Emergency Planning Committee met Nov. 18.
Here is the agenda provided by the committee:
➢ Introduction/Welcome – EMA Chief Deputy Bob Ellsworth
➢ Approval of Minutes
➢ Public Comment
➢ Correspondence and incidents reported since last meeting
➢ Membership Applications
o Still looking to fill these positions per Administrative Rule
Environmental Community Group
➢ Question on Meeting frequency
o Checked with the State and we will continue to meet quarterly
➢ We will be sending our Tier II and SDS files out to County Record Storage in the near future. We can still access the files as needed for FOIA requests.
➢ Bylaws
o At this point we need to fill the positions as outlined Chairman, Vice-Chairman, and Secretary.
