City of Crystal Lake Police Pension Fund Board met November 22.

      a. Pension approval for Commander Ron Joseph, retired, 11/12/21.

      b. Transfer creditable service for David Emrich from Crystal Lake Police Pension Fund to Aurora Police Pension Fund. Transfer amount is $87,899.92.

      c. Purchase of creditable service for Lisa Tietz.

             Break in service dates; April 16, 2018 through July 22, 2018. Lisa paid $1939.16 to the Crystal Lake Police Pension Fund to be made whole.

             Break in service dates; December 9, 2019 through March 1, 2020. Lisa paid $2531.23 to the Crystal Lake Police Pension Fund to be made whole.
