Paul and Jody Fields buy 148 Wallace Ave., Crystal Lake

The home at 148 Wallace Ave., Crystal Lake was sold on Dec. 22 by Case Woldhuis and Kristyn Berry for $337,000. The buyers were Paul and Jody Fields.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $6,285.78, 1.87% of the sale price of the home.

So far in December 2021, 56 properties sold in Crystal Lake.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Case Woldhuis has been registered to vote since 1986 and has voted in at least seven primary elections, records show, including seven Republican Primaries. Kristyn B. Berry has been registered to vote since 2016.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 148 Wallace Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Case Woldhuis, 76, Kristyn B. Berry, 40, and Cheryl Woldhuis, 70.
