Crystal Lake Park District issued the following announcement on Jan. 21
Bundle up and tee up for our 2nd Snow What! Let’s Putt-a family Mini Golf Event! Lippold Family Golf Center’s miniature golf courses will be open for one day only this winter season. While playing our 18 hole course, families will complete fun challenges and have the opportunity to win prizes! We will also be serving up hot cocoa and donuts.

Shotgun start: Choice of 10 am or Noon

Snow What! Let’s Putt is part of a new event, Chilly Fest. Chilly Fest is an all-day event throughout Lippold Park (Route 176, just west of Route 14 in Crystal Lake) that includes Snow What! Let’s Putt Family Mini Golf at Lippold Park Family Golf Center, Snow Volleyball Tournament, Chili Open Golf Tourney and the Snowbird Softball Tournament. Advance registration is required for all events. Beer, food trucks, music and warming areas available before and after your round of golf or other activity.
