The three bedroom, one bathroom home at 6720 Silver Lake Road, Silver Lake was sold on Jan. 18 by Matthew and Wipha Northam for $255,000. The buyers were Raul Argueta and Lida Zelaya.

This home last sold on Feb. 5, 2013 for $120,000.

So far in January 2022, three properties sold in Silver Lake.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Matthew S. Northam (38) has been registered to vote since 2004 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one Democratic Primary.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
