On Jan. 18, Christine and Thomas Laskowski purchased a three bedroom home at 5 Lorraine Court, Oakwood Hills from Orestes S. and Patrice S. Zalis for $492,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $13,842.48, 2.81% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Oct. 26, 2016 for $450,000.

This property is one of two sales so far in Oakwood Hills in January 2022.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Patrice S. Zalis has been registered to vote since 2017. Orestes Zalis has been registered to vote since 2017.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were four registered voters residing at 5 Lorraine Court as of Oct. 10, 2020: George W Grenier, 73, Patrice S. Zalis, 69, Doris M Grenier, 71, and Orestes Zalis.
