On Jan. 20, Mikhail Sukhanov and Tamara Vitiuk purchased a home at 1769 Queensport Drive, Crystal Lake from Leanne Mueller Sutton (successor), Barbara Mueller and Leroy E. Mueller Sr & Barbara Mueller (revocable trust) for $480,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $12,357.80, 2.57% of the sale price of the home.

This property is one of 48 sales so far in Crystal Lake in January 2022.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Leroy E. Mueller has been registered to vote since 1998 and has voted in at least five primary elections, records show, including five Republican Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 1769 Queensport Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Leroy E. Mueller, 86, Brandon C. Sutton, 24, and Gretchen N. Sutton, 27.
