Home prices increased in Prairie Grove during February 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2022 in Prairie Grove rose by $85,000 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2022, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $280,000 - a 43.6% increase over the $195,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Prairie Grove in February 2021, as well.

The median sales tax in Prairie Grove for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $9,798, approximately 3.5% of the median home sale price for February 2022.
