On March 8, Donna Patnaude purchased a three bedroom, three bathroom home at 1917 Sebastian Drive, Woodstock from Leslie M. Pace for $280,000.

The property tax paid for this property in 2020 was $5,868.88. This is 2.1% of the sale price of the home.

This property is one of seven sales so far in Woodstock in March 2022.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Leslie M. Pace has been registered to vote since 2018 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one Republican Primary.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 1917 Sebastian Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Louis Joseph Pace, 71, Athena B. Pace, 96, and Leslie M. Pace, 62.
