1. CALL TO ORDER

Meeting called to order at: 8:30 AM by .

PRESENT: Thorsen, Althoff (Remote), Jung Jr., Von Bergen (Remote), Wilbeck (Remote) 

ABSENT: Nowak, Wegener

Peter Austin, County Administrator; Scott Hartman, Deputy County Administrator; Kevin Bueso, Chief Financial Officer; Alicia Schueller, Communications and Project Manager; Kathy Keefe, Circuit Clerk; Dan Wallis, Trial Court Administrator; David Christensen, Director of EMA; Sandra Salgado, Sheriff's Office Business Manager; Jason Sterwerf, Director of Special Projects.

At 8:42 a.m. Chairman Thorsen canceled the meeting as a result of a lack of a quorum of in-person members present.

1. Resolution Authorizing the Approval of Grants Awarded from McHenry County's Allotment of the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 and Emergency Appropriation to the 2022 Fiscal Year Budget for the Scanning, Microfilming and Destruction of Court Files by HOV/Exela

2. Approval of America Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Funding to Fund the Specialty Court Expansion Project in the Amount of $120,815.00 for FY 2022, FY 2023 and FY2024; Creation of Two Positions in the Court Administration Employee Roster (Clinician and Case Manager), and an Emergency Appropriation to the FY 2022 Budget in the Amount of $120,815.00 in Fund 42-376-4230 (Organizational Advancement), (Quality Infrastructure)

4. Resolution Authorizing the Transfer of $78,818 from the McHenry County General Fund Reserves to 100-31-3100-400100 (Contractual Services) for the Purpose of Paying Autopsies, Toxicology, and Transportation (Leadership and Governance)

5. Resolution Authorizing McHenry County to Enter into an Agreement with the McHenry County Mental Health Board Accepting $300,000 from the McHenry County Mental Health Board for Financial Support of the Sheriff's Police Social Worker Program

6. Resolution Authorizing the Creation of Division 3255 in the Sheriff's Fiscal Year 2022 Budget for the Police Social Worker Program and Authorization for the Chief Financial Officer to Appropriate $300,000 from the County Reserves to this Division for Fiscal Year 2022 Expenses (Leadership and Governance)
