The home at 2021 Greenview Drive, Woodstock was sold on March 21 by Chad C. and Michelle Riverdahl for $310,000. The buyers were Jorge Torres and Rachel Reyes.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $7,388.80, 2.38% of the sale price of the home.

So far in March 2022, 23 properties sold in Woodstock.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Michelle T. Riverdahl has been registered to vote since 2004. Chad C. Riverdahl has been registered to vote since 2004 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one Republican Primary.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
