On March 30, Andrzej Zajaczkowski and Agnieszka Katarzyna Zajaczkowska purchased a three bedroom home at 813 Porten Road, Fox River Shores from Cheri and Florence C. Rydahl for $285,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $7,907.76, 2.77% of the sale price of the home.

The last time this home sold was Nov. 13, 2001. It last sold for $220,000.

So far in March 2022, two properties sold in Fox River Shores.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Florence C. Rydahl has been registered to vote since 2003. Cheri A. Rydahl has been registered to vote since 2011.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
