Patrick D. Kenneally, McHenry County State’s Attorney, announced that Christopher Rodriguez, 30, of Huntley, Illinois, was sentenced to 13 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections by the Honorable Judge Michael Coppedge. Rodriguez was convicted of three counts of Criminal Sexual Assault, a Class 1 Felony, and one count of Criminal Sexual Abuse, a Class 4 Felony, following a bench trial before Judge Coppedge on January 28, 2022. Rodriguez was also ordered to register as a sex offender for life.
This case was investigated by members of the Huntley Police Department. The case was prosecuted by Sharyl Eisenstein and Tyler Mikan of the McHenry County State’s Attorney’s Office.
