Hebron home prices fell in the first quarter of 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2022 in Hebron fell by $50,750 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2022, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $113,500 - a 30.9% decrease over the $164,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Hebron in the first quarter of 2021.

The median sales tax in Hebron for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,099, approximately 2.7% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2022.
