Pricing for the median home in Cary (McHenry County) decreased during the first quarter of 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2022 in Cary in McHenry County fell by $16,750 while total sales decreased by 23.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2022, there were 56 homes sold, with a median sale price of $215,250 - a 7.2% decrease over the $232,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 73 homes sold in Cary in the first quarter of 2021.
