What happened to the median home price in Woodstock during the first quarter of 2022?

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2022 in Woodstock rose by $14,250 while total sales decreased by 5.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2022, there were 98 homes sold, with a median sale price of $232,500 - a 6.5% increase over the $218,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 104 homes sold in Woodstock in the first quarter of 2021.
