Home prices decreased in Lakewood during the first quarter of 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2022 in Lakewood fell by $93,750 while total sales decreased by 31.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2022, there were 22 homes sold, with a median sale price of $322,500 - a 22.5% decrease over the $416,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 32 homes sold in Lakewood in the first quarter of 2021.

The median sales tax in Lakewood for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $10,928, approximately 3.4% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2022.
