The petitioner is seeking a conditional use permit pursuant to Table 8-1 of the Unified Development Ordinance to utilize the subject property as a Reception/Banquet Facility on the second floor of the building. The petitioner is further seeking a variation from Section 10.3, Required Off-Street Vehicle Spaces.
