1. Ordinance – City Code Text Amendments (211a) Approval of an Ordinance adopting various text amendments to the Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) relating to allowable uses and temporary signs. DOC. 1

2. Ordinance –Solar Energy Farm - US Route 14 and Lily Pond Road (211b) Approval of an Ordinance authorizing an additional one-year extension of the special use permit for a solar energy farm at the northwest corner of US Route 14 and Lily Pond Road, originally authorized by Ordinance 18-O-49. DOC. 2

3. Ordinance – FY21/22 Budget Amendments (211c) Approval of an Ordinance amending the FY21/22 Budget Ordinance. DOC. 3

4. Resolution – OSLAD Grant for Funding (211d) Approval of a Resolution confirming financial support for the Illinois Department of Natural Resources’ Open Space Lands Acquisition and Development (OSLAD) Grant Program to fund the proposed intergenerational inclusive playground project. DOC. 4

5. Contract Award – Lift Station Telemetry (211e) Award of contract to Berg-Johnson Associates, Inc., Chicago, IL for Installation of Mission Communications wireless alarm, monitoring and remote-control systems at the two (2) wastewater treatment plants and twenty-two (22) lift stations, including an annual service communication package of $13,702 and a total cost in the current fiscal year not-to exceed $120,067.

6. Contract Award – Emricson Park – Burying of Overhead Electrical Lines (211f) Award of contract to Associated Electrical Contractors, Woodstock, IL for burying electrical lines at Emricson Park for a cost not-to-exceed $31,615.

7. Contract Award – Lightning Detection Systems for City Parks and Facilities (211g) Award of contract to Perry Weather, Dallas, TX for lightning detection system installation and software services for a total price of $54,783.

8. Agreement – IGA – IT Services (211h) Approval of an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) for Information Technology (IT) Services with the Woodstock Fire/Rescue District and authorization for the City Manager to execute said agreement, subject to final review by the City Attorney. DOC. 5

9. Agreement – Architectural Service Agreement for Old Courthouse with Studio GWA (211i) Approval of an agreement with Studio GWA for architectural services related to the Old Courthouse for the amount of $105,000 and authorize the City Manager to execute said agreement, subject to final review by the City Attorney. DOC. 6
