7. Individual Action Consent Agenda Items

8. Payment of Bills

• Action requested is to approve payment of the bills in the amount of $794,376.30.

9. Mayor’s Monarch Pledge

• The Mayor’s Monarch pledge supports the National Wildlife Federation initiative to create habitat for pollinators. Action requested is to approve the pledge commitment for 2023.

10. Relinquish Tobacco License

• Kashif Syed has submitted a letter relinquishing the Tobacco License for Harvard Tobacco Inc., d/b/a Harvard Cigarettes & Cigar, 24 N. Ayer St. upon approval of a license issued to Muhammad Aslam, Harvard Discount Tobacco Hub LLC Action requested is to approve the request.

11. Tobacco License

• Muhammad Aslam, Harvard Discount Tobacco Hub LLC has submitted a Tobacco License Application, 24 N. Ayer St. The fees have been paid. Action requested is to approve or deny the application.

12. Harvard Milk Days – Proposed Routes for the 2 Mile Walk, 5K & 10K Run

• The Harvard Milk Days Run will be held Saturday, June 3, 2023, with the route the same as in 2022. Action requested is approval of the proposed routes as presented.

13. Administration Committee Recommendation - Police Car Early Purchase

• Per the Administration Committee’s recommendation, action requested is to order the squad cars that are tentatively budgeted for the next fiscal year.

14. Transportation Committee Recommendation – 2023 MFT Road Program

• Per the Transportation Committee’s recommendation, action requested is to approve the designated roads for the road program (preservation/stop-gap) as discussed.
