Mayor's Nomination for Appointment to the City’s Park & Recreation Commission.

2. Ordinance – Dean Street & Hercules Road Variation – Land Conservancy (231b)

Approval of an Ordinance Granting a Variation from the Woodstock Unified Development Ordinance to allow a Gravel Parking Lot Surface at the Southeast Corner of Dean Street and Hercules Road. DOC. 1

3. Ordinance – Zoning Map Amendment – 708 McHenry Avenue (231c)

Approval of an Ordinance authorizing a Zoning Map Amendment from B3, Service and Retail District and RPUD Single-Family Residential District to M1 Limited Manufacturing District for Property Located at 708 McHenry Avenue, Woodstock, Illinois. DOC. 2

4. Contract Award – Sidewalk Removal & Replacement Program (231d)

Approval to award a contract for the 2023 Sidewalk Replacement Program (Phase 2) to the lowest responsible bidder, Alliance Contractors, Inc. from Woodstock, IL, in accordance with the unit prices as submitted and for an amount not to exceed $110,000.

5. Contract Award – Skip Patching (231e)

Approval to award a contract for the FY23/24 Skip Patching Program to the lowest responsible bidder, Schroeder Asphalt Services, Inc. from Huntley, IL, in accordance with the unit prices, as submitted, and not to exceed $51,000; and authorize the City Manager to execute a contract subject to final review by the City Attorney.

V. DISCUSSION

A. Quarterly Financial Reports – Transmittal of the following financial reports for the Fourth Quarter of FY22/23:

1. Fourth Quarter Revenues and Expenditures Report; and

2. Fourth Quarter Investment Report.
