a. Class 16 Temporary Liquor License Request – Knights of Columbus Fr. McCormick  Council #3880 (St. Thomas the Apostle Church) - Saturday, September 9, 2023 

b. St. Thomas the Apostle Oktoberfest Special Event Permit Request, Street Closure for  Pierson Street and Class 16 Temporary Liquor License – Saturday, September 23, 2023 

10. 1435 Trailwood Court - Variation to allow a fence to exceed the maximum four-foot height in a yard  abutting a street to allow a six-foot high fence 8.5 feet into the required 30-foot setback, a variation of  two feet in height 

11. 1394 Thornwood Lane – Residential Parking Permit  

12. 875 S. Route 31, Mercyhealth - Final Planned Unit Development Amendment for: a Temporary  Immediate Care Clinic, and a Parking Variation to reduce the required parking, three (3) flag poles  at 35 feet in height, and an additional 60 square feet of signage for the flag sign 

13. 4262 Route 176, Woodlore Townes (Lennar Corporation) - Comprehensive Land Use Plan Map  Amendment from Commerce to High Density Residential, Rezoning from B-2 PUD General  Commercial to R-3B PUD Multi-Family Residential, Preliminary and Final Planned Unit  Development for a 47-unit townhome development, and Final Plat of Subdivision

Terra Cotta Avenue, Storage of America - Rezoning from E Estate to M PUD Manufacturing,  Comprehensive Land Use Map Amendment from Commerce to Industry, Preliminary Planned Unit Development to allow multiple buildings on a zoning lot, Special Use Permit for Self-Storage,  Variation from the SUP criteria requiring installation of landscape at the ends of each building, and  Deferral from the requirement to bury the overhead utility lines until there is an area wide program 

15. City Code Amendments – Sections 329-5 and 329-6(c) of the City Code relating to Class 30 Liquor  Licenses and automatic reduction of licenses upon failure to renew or failure to complete license  application requirements
