C. Consider for Approval the Partial Closure of Portions of Three Oaks Road, South Rawson Bridge Road, and Crystal Lake Road on Sunday, March 17, 2024, with the Time and Extent of Closure per the Police Chief's Discretion to Allow the Hillstriders Running Club March Madness Half Marathon 

D. Consider for Approval a Resolution Accepting and Approving an Amended Intergovernmental Agreement with SEECOM for Emergency Communication Services 

E. Consider for Approval a Resolution Awarding a Bulk Water Softening Salt Purchase Agreement for Calendar Year 2024 to Midwest Salt, LLC, West Chicago, IL, and Authorizing the Village Administrator to Execute a Contract in an Amount Not to Exceed $100,000 

F. Consider for Approval a Resolution Amending the Terms of a Loan Agreement with Spirit Water, LLC, for the Property Located at 3300 Three Oaks Road
