12. Potential Action Item following Executive Session: Motion to Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the Real Estate Purchase and Sale Contract with Chicago Title Land Trust Co. No. 5457 (Carey Electric Contractors parcel) for the purchase of 3309 and 3407 Waukegan Road for a stated contract amount of $2,400,000.
13. Potential Action Item following Executive Session: Motion to Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the Real Estate Purchase and Sale Contract with WalRose LLC for the purchase of 3311 Waukegan Road (multi-family building and parcel adjacent to Carey Electric property) for a stated contract amount of $362,500.
