D. Consider for Approval a Resolution Authorizing the Vehicle Orders for the Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Vehicle Leasing and Replacement Program Through Enterprise Fleet Management, Inc.

E. Consider for Approval a Resolution Authorizing the Village Administrator to Waive the Competitive Bidding Requirements and Execute an Emergency Purchase Agreement with Municipal Well & Pump, Waupun, WI, in an Amount not to Exceed $55,000.00 for Services Associated with the Repairs of the Well Cable at Well #13
