6.3 Consideration - Resolution Authorizing a Grant Agreement with the State of Illinois Environmental Protection Agency for the Lead Service Line Inventory Grant Program

6.4 Consideration - Resolution Authorizing and Directing the Village Manager to Petition the Illinois Commerce Commission for an Order Authorizing the Installation of  Certain At-Grade Improvements at the Crossing of Kreutzer Road and the Union Pacific/Chicago and North Western Railroad

6.5 Consideration - Ordinance Approving a Simplified Residential Zoning Variance to Allow a Fence in the Corner Side Yard and Reverse Corner Lot Designated Front Setback in the “RE-1 (PUD)” Residential Estate District – Planned Unit Development, 10681 Santa Fe Trail

7.1 Consideration – Proposed Development of a New 224-unit Residential Subdivision by Lennar Corp. that includes Duplexes and Townhomes, Generally Located at the Southwest Corner of Charles H. Sass Parkway and Princeton Drive, including:

(i) Consideration – A Resolution Approving and Authorizing the Execution of a Development Agreement for a Residential Development

(ii) Consideration – An Ordinance Approving:

a. an Amendment to the Comprehensive Plan to Identify the Property as Planned for Residential Use

b. a Map Amendment to Rezone the Property from “C-2” Regional Retail (East ±18 acres) and “BP” Business Park (West ±30 acres) to “SF-2” Garden Residential District

c. an Amendment to an Existing Special Use Permit to Permit the Development of the Property as Residential, Eliminate the Commercial Design Guidelines as they Relate to the ±48-acre Property, and Otherwise Abrogate Special Use Ordinance No. 99-08- 12-04 as it Relates to the Petition

d. Preliminary Plat of Subdivision

e. Preliminary Planned Unit Development, Including Any Necessary  Relief

7.2 Discussion – Gazebo Repainting and Floor Resurfacing; Fire Bell Repainting
