D. MANAGER’S REPORT NO. 250:
1. Nominations for Appointments to Boards and Commissions (250a)
Mayor's Appointments of Board/Commission Members to the City’s Boards and Commissions.
2. Contract Award – Opera House Renovation Project (250b)
Approval to award a contract for the Woodstock Opera House Renovation Project, including, Alternates 1, 2, and 3, to the lowest responsible bidder, Kandu Construction Inc. of Skokie, Illinois in accordance with the pricing, as submitted, for an amount not to exceed $3,394,000, and authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute said contract, subject to final review by the City Attorney.
3. Fleet Purchase – Mobile Column Lifts (250c)
Approval to authorize the City Manager, or his designee, utilizing Home Rule authority and waiving of bids, to execute a purchase agreement for Four (4) Mobile Column Lifts and Four (4) High Rise Stands from Mohawk Lifts LLC, of Amsterdam, NY, through the Sourcewell Contract for the total price of $58,508.53.
V. EXECUTIVE SESSION
Probable Litigation (Open Meetings Act: 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(11)) Litigation, when an action against, affecting or on behalf of the particular public body has been filed and is pending before a court or administrative tribunal, or when the public body finds that an action is probable or imminent, in which case the basis for the finding shall be recorded and entered into the minutes of the closed meeting.

Approval of an Ordinance authorizing the execution of a settlement agreement regarding Katlo, Inc. courthouse lease and Katlo, Inc. revolving loan agreement and associated guaranty agreements, subject to City Attorney final review and approval.
