State Senator Craig Wilcox (R-Woodstock) is set to host two “Conversations Untapped” events in the coming weeks, aiming to connect with constituents and support local businesses.

“These low-key events provide the perfect atmosphere for people to come out and have casual conversations with their State Senator,” said Wilcox. “I hold these annual fall events at local restaurants so people can enjoy some of the great food and refreshments this region has to offer while we chat.”

The first event will take place on September 25 at Richmond Brathaus, located at 10310 North Main Street, Richmond, from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM. The second event is scheduled for October 2 at The Grove Pub and Grill, situated at 2008 Main Street Road, Spring Grove, also from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM.

“The legislature is gearing up for the fall veto session in November and the start of the 104th General Assembly in January of 2025, so I look forward to hearing from my constituents about issues that are important to them and how I can best work on their behalf in Springfield,” added Wilcox. “I’m hoping for large turnouts at both events so I can hear people’s ideas and concerns about their state government.”
