CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL: Village President Debby Sosine, called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. with Village Clerk, Fred Martin, calling the roll.
Trustees Present: Jerry Glogowski, Maggie Auger, Laura Brehmer, John Spella and Village President Debby Sosine Trustees Absent: Bob Smith, Brian Dianis
Staff in Attendance: Tim Schloneger, Village Manager; Mike Kumbera, Deputy Village Manager; Nadim Badran, Public Works Director; Tim Cooney, Deputy Police Chief; Patrick Knapp, Community Development Director; Jacob Uhlmann, Management Intern; and Kelly Cahill, Village Attorney.
PLEDGE TO FLAG: Clerk Martin led all present in the Pledge of Allegiance.
ADOPT AGENDA: Moved by Glogowski, seconded by Auger to adopt tonight’s agenda deleting item 16 Executive Session.

Village Clerk Martin announced future meetings.

Mr. Schloneger:
We are monitoring the Illinois General Assembly’s Fall Veto Session for any legislation that may impact the Village. Additionally, we have presented requests for road, water, sewer, naturalization, and park projects in case the legislators advance a mini capital bill.
Mr. Kumbera:
The Willoughby Farms Park Master Plan online survey is now open for residents' input on the park's future. It will close on December 6.
The Miracle on Main event is coming up quickly on Saturday, December 7. As the date nears, additional event details will be released.

The Department will roll out body cams next week.
PUBLIC WORKS:

Presidential Park will have binder placed in the parking lot tomorrow, and the last of the poured-in-place surface will hopefully be completed on Friday.
The downtown streetscape project is on course for substantial completion by the end of the month. A decision will be made on paving the parking lots depending on the weather. If the lot cannot be paved until the spring, it will be made accessible for parking over the winter months.
The retaining wall project is nearly complete and the detour should be lifted by the end of the week.

Trustee Glogowski announced the Lions Club made a donation to the library.
