1.Covert the 3 – duplex buildings (6 units) at the northwest to a single 8‐unit townhouse building

2. Convert 4‐surface parking spaces and combine with a 4‐ car garage at the north central area to an 8‐ car garage

3. Reduce a short segment of the building setback line at lot 1 at the southwest from 20’ to 15’  

4. Remove age restriction on apartment building
