A. Motion to accept and place on file the minutes of the February 27, 2025 Board of Trustees meeting.
B. Motion to Approve the March 14, 2025 Schedule of Bills for FY24, total of all funds in the amount of $7,296.86.
C. Motion to Approve the March 14, 2025 Schedule of Bills for FY25, total of all funds in the amount of $284,998.95.
6. Items for Discussion and Consideration
The Board may combine multiple items in the same motion. A Trustee may at any time request that the combined action be voted upon in separate motions.
ADMINISTRATION
A. Ordinance Amending Chapter 3, Section 3.19 of the Lake in the Hills Municipal Code.
POLICE
B. Creation of Social Services Supervisor position and Authorization to temporarily exceed authorized staffing levels.
PUBLIC WORKS
C. Ordinance Adopting Updated Illinois Public Works Mutual Aid Network Mutual Aid Agreements and Bylaws.
D. Award a contract and approve IDOT Resolutions and Agreements associated with the 2025 MFT Resurfacing program.
E. Approval of an IDOT Resolution, and Agreement, associated with the Design Engineering for the 2026 MFT Resurfacing program.
F. Approve Participation in the State of Illinois Rock Salt Joint Purchasing Program for the 2025-2026 Snow Season.
