6. TIF Inducement Resolution – 1191 Lake Avenue (270f)

Approval of a Resolution of the City of Woodstock, McHenry County, IL, authorizing the City Manager, or his designee, to induce the redevelopment of certain property within the Woodstock TIF #2 Downtown & Route 47 (1191 Lake Avenue).

7. Resolution – Amended Revolving Loan Agreement – Ethereal Confections LLC (270g)

Approval of Resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute the amended E3 Artisan, Inc., DBA Ethereal Confections, Revolving Loan Agreement, with updates to the Promissory Note, Security, and Personal Guarantees, subject to final legal review.

8. Ordinance – Old Courthouse Lease Amendment – E3 Artisans, Inc. (270h)

Approval of an Ordinance authorizing the City Manager, or his designee, to execute a lease amendment between the City of Woodstock, as Property Manager for Woodstock Courthouse, LLC, and E3 Artisan, Inc., DBA Ethereal Confections, for space in the Historic Woodstock Courthouse and Sheriff’s House

9. Public Art Agreement – Park in the Square – Groundhog Statue (270i)

Approval of the installation of the proposed bronze groundhog statue at the preferred Location #1 in Park in the Square and authorization of the City Manager, or his designee, to negotiate and enter into an agreement with the Woodstock Groundhog Days Festival Committee for the commissioning and installation of the statue. 

10. Professional Services Agreement Revision – Splash Pad Design Services (270j)

Approval for the City Manager, or his designee, to execute a Professional Services Agreement with Wight & Company for the Final Design & Engineering of the Woodstock Water Works Splash Pad with an increase of $27,000 and a revised “not to exceed” cost of $96,800.
