1. Approval: Consent Agenda – Approval via One Vote for All
All matters listed under Item 1, Consent Agenda, are considered to be routine by the Village Board and will be enacted by one motion in the form listed below. If a separate discussion is desired, that item should be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered separately.
A. Village Board and Executive Session Meeting Minutes – April 22, 2025
The Board will consider the approval of previous meeting minutes.
B. Accounts Payable – May 6, 2025
The Board will consider the approval of the accounts payable reports and payment of the bills.
C. Treasurer’s Report – March 2025
The Board will consider the approval of the monthly treasurer’s report.
D. Appointment, Planning & Zoning Commission, Patrick Riley
The Board will consider the appointment of resident Patrick Riley to the Planning & Zoning Commission.
E. Employment Agreement – Village Administrator
The Board will consider the approval of an employment agreement for the Village Administrator position.
F. Waive Bid Process and Authorize a Contract, Bayview Drainage Improvements
The Board will consider waiving the competitive bid process and awarding a contract to Lake Julian Contracting to complete drainage improvements on Bayview Road.
2. Discussion: Low-Speed Electric Scooters
The Board will discuss whether or not to amend the Village Code to permit the legal operation of lowspeed electric scooters on Village roadways subject to the restrictions implemented by the State of Illinois.
