A motion to pass an ordinance granting a Use Variation and Zoning Variations for the property located at 1511 N Green Street (Director Polerecky)

B. Summer Concerts at Miller Point
A motion to approve the special use of Miller Point Park by the City of McHenry to allow for bands, food trucks and the consumption of alcohol throughout the grounds of Miller Point Park in conjunction with the community concerts on June 21st and August 23rd from 5pm – 9pm (Director Hobson)
