Pending the Issuance of a Class A Liquor License, a motion to approve a Video Gaming License to Wade’s Wave Inc. DBA Buddyz Pizza, located at 1138 N Green Street, subject to the completion of a Video Gaming Development Agreement (Deputy Clerk Johnson)

C. Fox Hole Pizza Temporary Use Permit

Motion to approve a Temporary Use Permit for Fox Hole Pizza at 3308 W Elm Street on October 25, 2025 (Director Polerecky)

D. Well #11 Pump Replacement & Aquifer Rehabilitation

Motion to waive competitive bidding requirements and accept a proposal from Water Well Solutions in the amount of $56,620.00, as well as authorize an additional 10% contingency of $5,662.00, for a total of $62,282.00 for the Well #11 pump replacement and aquifer rehabilitation (Director Adams) 

E. Cold Springs Park

Motion to approve the proposed development plan of Cold Springs Park and to authorize the Mayor’s execution of a resolution to submit the project for an OSLAD Grant in the 2025 grant cycle on or before September 30, 2025 (Director Hobson)
