City of McHenry Planning & Zoning Commission met Sept. 17

Z-2025-14 – A public hearing for consideration of approval of a request for a Zoning Variation to allow a Trash Enclosure to be located between the principal structure and approximately 5 feet from the corner side yard street lot line at 4010 W. Shamrock Lane. Petitioner: Williams Property Management LLC (“Property Owner”)

7. Z-2025-16 – A public hearing for consideration of approval of a request for a Minor Zoning Variation to allow a Corner Side Yard Setback of 10 feet in lieu of the required 15 feet, and Rear Yard Setback of 15 feet in lieu of the required 25 feet to accommodate the construction of a new Single-Family Residence on Lot 84 of the McHenry Golf Course Subdivision, Fox River Addition.

Z-2025-17 - A public hearing for consideration of approval of a request for a for a Zoning Map Amendment to A-1 Agriculture District and Conditional Use Permit upon rezoning to operate a Solar Farm on an approximate 25-acre portion of a 88.137-acre property located near the intersection of Ojibwa Lane and Curran Road.
