Z-2025-16 – A public hearing for consideration of approval of a request for a Minor Zoning Variation to allow a Corner Side Yard Setback of 10 feet in lieu of the required 15 feet, and Rear Yard Setback of 15 feet in lieu of the required 25 feet to accommodate the construction of a new Single-Family Residence on Lot 84 of the McHenry Golf Course Subdivision, Fox River Addition.
