Augustana College has welcomed more than 700 new students for the fall 2025 semester. The incoming class includes first-year, transfer, and non-degree students.

Among the new arrivals from Crystal Lake, Illinois, are Tyler Beckman, Jacob Carrasco, Rhianna Petersen, and Cole Stoltman. All four will begin their studies at Augustana College in Rock Island, Illinois this fall.

Augustana College is a private liberal arts and sciences institution that enrolls about 2,500 students on its 115-acre residential campus in the Quad Cities along the Mississippi River. The college offers more than 100 majors, minors, and academic programs. It emphasizes engaged learning through customized success teams and hands-on experiences. Students can participate in 170 organizations and 28 NCAA Division III athletic teams.

The college also serves around 40 graduate-level students in its accredited master of science program in speech language pathology. Augustana's location provides access to internships, jobs, student teaching positions, and research opportunities through community partnerships.
