Ugaste: Illinois needs ‘to be transparent’ with use of federal stimulus funding

Illinois House Republicans are calling for the General Assembly to oversee the more than $7 billion appropriations of funds the state will receive as part of the $1.9 trillion stimulus package that President Joe Biden signed last week.
