Skillicorn: Rauner became one-term governor after signing abortion bill

Gov. Bruce Rauner won't win re-election after signing into law a measure that forces all Illinois taxpayers to pay for abortions regardless of their personal beliefs, Rep. Allen Skillicorn (R-Crystal Lake) is predicting.
