Governor J.B. Pritzker withdrew his proposed emergency rule dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic before the Legislature’s Joint Commission on Administrative Rules, which was set to meet Wednesday. Sen. Wilcox (R-McHenry) issued the following statement.
