The Village of Cary's Board of Zoning, Planning and Appeals will hold a public hearing on Thursday to consider builder Pedcor's appeal in its efforts to secure a building permit for the Garden Place Apartments project.
The village gave preliminary approval for the project in June, but later decided it could not issue a building permit because the proposed site did not include enough open space to satisfy village requirements.
Pedcor responded by presenting a revised plan that added permeable parking surfaces, but the village maintained its decision.
The appeals hearing will be held at 7:30 p.m. at Cary Junior High School.
