The Algonquin Police Pension Board will be discussing its budget among other matters during a special session at 5 p.m. Wednesday at the Ganek Municipal Center at 2200 Harnish Drive.
The board will consider approving the budget for fiscal year 2016-17 and will also be discussing economic interest statements and reviewing its financial liability insurance renewal with Mesirow.
The board is also scheduled to consider bill payments for expenses between October and December.
The board will also consider approving an agreement with Lauterbach & Amen for actuarial services and review a buy-back proposition relating to the military with Andrew Dykstra. A benefits request for Nicholas Corso will also be considered at the meeting.
