Woodstock softball league to present scoreboard plans to park commissioners

The Woodstock Girls Softball League will be presenting revised scoreboard specifications at the Woodstock Parks and Recreation Commission meeting at 7 p.m. Tuesday in Village Hall.

The league said the scoreboard would be located at field four at Bates Park, where league teams play their games. The league is currently raising funding to install scoreboards at all fields in Bates Park. Its Gofundme.com page states the league has acquired corporate donations but will need approximately $10,000 to complete this project.

The commission will also be discussing the second chapter of the Park Master Plan during this meeting.
