D. MANAGER’S REPORT NO. 277:

1. Ordinance – Enlarge Special Service Area #17 – Riverwoods Subdivision (277a)

Approval of an Ordinance proposing the enlargement of Special Service Area Number 17 within the City of Woodstock and providing for a Public Hearing and other procedures in connection therewith for the property commonly known as the Riverwoods Subdivision.

2. Resolution – Contract Award – Reclamite Application Services (277b)

Approval of a Resolution authorizing the City Manager, or his designee, to execute a contract, subject to final review and approval by the City Attorney, with Corrective Asphalt Materials, LLC of Sugar Grove, IL to apply Reclamite Asphalt Rejuvenator for an amount not to exceed $100,000 with all work being completed at the unit price of $1.25 SY in FY25/26.

3. Resolution – Professional Services Agreement – Phase II Design Engineering Services for Well #13 at the Seminary Avenue Treatment Plant (277c)

Approval of a Resolution authorizing the City Manager, or his designee, to execute a Professional Services Agreement with Baxter & Woodman Inc. of Crystal Lake, IL for design and construction engineering services for Phase II (final phase) of groundwater supply Well #13 at the Seminary Avenue Treatment Plant for an amount not to exceed $114,970 and waiving the requirement for competitive proposals, subject to final review by the City Attorney.

4. Resolution – Change Order #1 – Olson Park Walkability Project (277d)

Approval of a Resolution, authorizing the City Manager, or his designee, to executeChange Order #1 to the contract with Alliance Contractors Inc., which authorizes an increase of $36,315.60 to the current contract amount of $59,348.75 for a total project amount of $95,664.35.

5. Appointments of Commission Members (277e)

Mayor’s Nominations for Appointments to the City’s Commissions.
